I ran the Great North Run on 5 October 2008 in loving memory of my ‘fantabulatastic’ friend Sarah Bath (Sarah-ra-ra-ra!!!) supporting the National Eczema Society.
On Sarah passed away suddenly at 25, leaving behind a loving family, boyfriend and hundreds of friends. Sarah was loved by those whom she met through her bubbly, fun, outgoing personality and fighting attitude to life. she was super intelligent, hilariously funny, and the life and soul of any girls night out.
Eczema is an irritating skin condition which is deeply frustrating, sometimes preventing you from sleeping and it's appearance can lower self-esteem.
Sarah, like me, suffered with Eczema from early childhood, although more severely than most experience, it had a huge bearing on Sarah's life even more than her asthma which is why I have chosen to support the National Eczema Society.
She will be deeply missed and eternally remembered.
