What we are doing? After a summer of intensive training the CrossTrekkers will be ready for the challenge of their lives
The equivilant of 3 half marathons in 36 hours we will be climbing Snowdon by night, Scafell Pike having had no sleep and ending it with climbing 1325m to the summit of Ben Nevis
Why are we doing it?
This charity works with children living on the streets both in the UK and abroad. They provide shelter, food, clothing, education and healthcare, the things that are all essential to a child's wellbeing. The thing that makes Railway Children unique is their goal to intervene with a child at the earliest opportunity before an abuser does.They aim to stop a runaway child becoming a street child.It's about getting to street kids before the streets get to them.
