ACT has been formed to raise Mental Health Awareness. One in four people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. Around 450 million people currently suffer from such conditions, placing mental disorders among the leading causes of ill-health and disability worldwide.

We want to raise more awareness to help break the stigma and get people to talk more.

25 Avtrade employees have decided to take on the difficult challenge of climbing the 3 highest mountains in the UK in just 24 hours. We start our climb on the 10th May, so will be training hard for the next 6 months to get us in a good position for everyone to complete.
