I am a friend of Emily's and like everyone else can not imagine what her and Abs must be going through right now but the last thing they need to be worrying about now is finding the money to say goodbye to their beloved, beautiful, brave Jess. Please give what you can to help them.

Good evening everyone. For those of you that know Jess, you would know that she is a fighter. She fought for her life more times than anyone should. Jess, over the last few years, has shown us how to be strong on so many different occasions. Even before she was sick. Before when we were just two sisters learning our way through the world, she was never afraid of anything. She loved her mum more than anything and everything, she was our best friend. I just hope that the strength she has taught us will help us over the next couple of months.

This is not going to be easy to say but it has to be said. It with deepest regret that I must tell you all that our daughter and sister, Jessica Brooks, has sadly passed away in the early hours of the 18th January 2017. She's now looking down on on us all as a beautiful angel.

Any messages of support will be lovely and please just know that while we probably will not reply to them, we appreciate every each and every single one of you. But please give us some time and space to grieve with our family for our beautiful girl.
