URGENT APPEAL TO RAISE MONEY FOR LEGAL COSTS TO STOP MY DAUGHTER BEING TAKEN FROM HER LOVING HOME JUST BECAUSE SHE'S TRANSGENDER.

I am the mum to an amazing, courageous daughter, who I love unconditionally and would do anything to protect her.
She loves princesses, dressing-up and going to school with her friends, but all of this and her life with me and her siblings is under threat, just because she was born a boy, and her father can't accept her living as a girl.
Her father (my ex) has gone to court to have her legally taken away from me and her loving home - to force her to live life as a boy with him - claiming that I am 'abusing' my daughter in supporting her persistent wish to be the girl she truly sees herself to be. She has lived as female for over 15 months without any change of mind and is fully supported by myself, family, siblings, our GP school and friends. CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Services) has stated that I am doing absolutely the right thing, and my affirmation of her gender is in line with all current medical opinion in the UK. However, an ill-informed judge has ruled that my ex has a case, so I have to go to court to fight, not only for her to stay in her loving and supportive home, but also to prevent her from going to live with a person who rejects, represses and aggressively refuses her very identity.... I can not let this happen! Currently, I am not allowed to seek NHS (non medical) support for my daughter from the Tavistock & Portman clinic (the only place that treats gender-questioning and transgender children in the U.K.). I've also been told that neither my daughter or I can talk to Mermaids Charity (supporting transgender children & families), so we are on our own! To clarify: I am currently supportive of my daughter socially transitioning and her gender expression. There is no medical intervention.
I have found potential legal representation, but need to raise £7,000 before they will take my case.
