The Players Trust provides an independent support service for players and their families to enable them to make informed decisions with regards to their future careers. In addition, it is able to assist clubs with staff development and players with a mentoring service designed to aid their development no matter what stage they are in their career. This independent service will empower players and their families to become independent decision makers by providing them with access to both formal and informal education as well as specialist advisory services to enable them to prosper in life whether this be in football or independent from it.

The Trust aims to be the major support service for today’s modern player and his immediate support groups important to his development. It has spent time putting together a team with real time experiences and skill sets and in the belief of becoming a twenty first century mentor service for the game and associated governing bodies.
