Story
We have been made homeless after the council have taken back our housing benefit and council tax bring 85k. They now say we owe that money back. My ex partner was unable to work and we had to claim esa. I am appealing this decision but currently can't claim housing benefit or council tax and the landlord is selling the house we've lived in for 13 years. We have nowhere to go as we cannot claim benefits and are being made homeless. Only option is to live in a tent or van. Please help if you can. God bless
