    Story

Kenya is a place where almost every student has to walk for miles in order to get to school and the reality is that their school meal is probably the only proper one they have during the day. The challenges faced by these Kenyan children can be seen at the Saidia Orphanage and the Restart Centre where children and babies are taken care of, specifically if they have lost both of their parents or have faced abuse. Every year my school reaches out to help by providing a feeding and education programme and I am lucky enough to be going this year. With this money we will be taking resources and replenishing the food for the children, as well as funding construction work for these 3 schools - Ndogo, Mwega and Ngeteti. All donations will be very gratefully accepted - thank you.

Abigail, what a great cause. We were in Kenya some years ago; it is such a good thing that you and your school are doing.
