Since early September i suffered a serious injury after training in the gym. At first i thought i had torn my glute or hamstring, and I coulld hardly walk for a couple of weeks. After endless setbacks, from walking my dogs, going back to the gym to early, and carrying sjopping, I've undergone several osteopath sessions. Despite this, the injury steadily improved, then got worse.

One evening after having stabbing pains in my leg, I went to the gym to do a gentle cardio workout, and was i agony the next day with shooting pains in my back and legs. After having to admit myself to A and E on 17th November after feeling something rip, the physio at the hospital diagnosed me with scaitica.

I am now taking super strength codeine to get throguh the day. As well as no gym in months, I cannot interact with my own child properly as getting down on th floor leaves me in absolute agony. Many epidural injections I ahve researched are over £1500, but one at a lcoal clinic is considerably cheaper. Please donate so i can function.
