Story
On Sunday May 26th 2019, I will be running the Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise funds for The Grove School, Berwick-upon-Tweed. Money raised will enable the pupils of Maple and Willow classes to enjoy a summer outing.
The children all have profound learning difficulties and need venues which are wheelchair accessible and disability friendly. Opportunities like this ensure that the children have new learning experiences to broaden their horizons.
The Grove School caters for children/students aged 2-19 who have complex learning needs. In addition, some pupils have profound and multiple learning difficulties.
