Story
In a moment of madness, and to mark my very own half century, I have decided to run 50K in a day! The 50K run will take place on the 27th April and begin at 11am. The starting point is Whitehead Lighthouse, returning to the Marine Court Hotel Bangor via the coastal route.
With this run I hope to raise awareness for Motor Neurone Disease Association NI. This charity is very close to our hearts and all donations are graciously welcome.
If any of you are crazy enough to accompany me on a leg, please feel free to do so.
