This is Ervin López Hernández. Ervin was a coffee farmer in Comayagua, Honduras. He was just 25 years old, loved sports and was devoted to his wife, parents,siblings and his wee boy, who is nine months old. On Saturday, Ervin was out on his bike and suffered a catastrophic accident. Tragically he lost his fight for life on Monday night. His family are in desperate need..
