I have been researching the Jebb family of Ellesmere for some local talks and have been fascinated by them. Eglantyne Jebb and her sister Dorothy Buxton are famous for launching an international charity in the wake of the First World War, but they are not the only members of the family to have achieved great things. Together, this remarkable clan used their position of relative privilege to make life significantly better for so many people.
