Story
Allan's Tri-half-alon
The first is the Hackney Half Marathon in May, a 21km/13 mile run which I am running to raise money for the local MIND mental health service.
Next, in August, is the Ride London event. 46 miles / 60 km for the British Heart Foundation.
Lastly, a daunting 5 km / 3.5 mile swim in November for Level Water, a national charity that helps disabled kids start to learn to swim.

I am trying to raise roughly an equal amount for each, and will update this page so people can see which cause needs a boost, if you don't have a particular preference.
