So Alun wiliiams is running the half marathon! Alun would say there‘s more chance him drinking 13 pints than running 13 miles..... id be more surprised if he stays awake!!

After some thought of a good cause to raise funds for he couldn’t think of anyone more worthy than Dafydd Hellard.

He was diagnosed with testicular cancer early on in the year. He had the one testicul removed immediately, then after further treatment they found out the cancer had spread to the stomach where they found 3 masses, he’s been having further treatment of chemo and radiotherapy which they are hoping is going to cure the cancer.

All this treatment daf has had to pay for as it’s not available on the NHS or covered by his private health care..
