    Story

As you all know my Dad passed away in June 2017 after having incurable Cancer for a number if years. He fought so hard and throughout the process Compton Care supported my Dad and our family tremendously. From the nurses who visited at home daily, to when he was admitted to the Compton Care ward in his final days, the love and care was exceptional and something I will never forget.

Compton Care receive one third of funding they need for running costs from the government, the rest is through fundraising. With this in mind, I would like to ask my family and friends who would usually buy Christmas presents for me to donate to Compton Care through my Just Giving page in memory of my Dad. This would also apply to those sending Christmas cards too; I'm happy to not receive one and for Compton Care to receive the proceeds. Every little helps.

The staff at Compton Care (many of whom are volunteers) are literally angels and if this donation goes a little way to helping this wonderful charity to support other families the way we have been, it would be amazing.

Thank you for all your love and support. xxx
