My parenter got made redundant in november and has still not recieved any redundancy money and his former employer still hasnt confirmed that he is owed anything to the liquidator and thats where the problem started. My income was barely enough to get by and now we are 2 months behind on rent and are really struggling and are running out of time and ways to get the money, I need help to save my home. My current wmployer underpaid me by £900 which made the issue worse and are refusing to give me what im owed by making out that im a stupid young girl who doesnt understand things, i have been to citizens advice and they confirmed that my employer cannot deduct pay for abscences after the stated pay dates and that it is a breach od my rights at work to not be paid for the hours i have worked. I really hope someone can help us even if its something small it would be greatly appreciated as we are strugglinf to heat our home and by food as well as being in debt with rent. This whole situation has cause me to become depressed and i cant seem to find a way out.
