I have set up this page to try and enable each patient who goes into hospital after struggling with their mental health to have their own crisis kit. Mine has been a life saver and want others to have the opportunity to make their own, personalised to them. These boxes provide items that help patients to self soothe eg lavender spray, stress balls, fidget items, colouring and also distraction items such as word seach, cue cards, photos of loved ones etc they will all be different as they will be individual to the patient. The picture for this page is my portable crisis kit and it comes everywhere with me. The money you kindly donate will help make this possible.
