I am doing the lakeland trail 10k run on the 13th April in memory of my amazing grandma who passed away holding my hand in January 2019, leaving her family a million great memories and life lessons to hold on to. A true inspiration. We have got so much to thank Victoria Care Home in Rainford for, as they cared for grandma while she was poorly. Victoria have a residents fund which is used to make a difficult part of life, more enjoyable for the people in their care. All money raised will go directly to the residents fund to make a difference.
