Story
My neighbour is 87 years old and has recently lost her husband of 62 years. Her sole companion is her little dog Jasper who is 9. He has problems with his teeth and she has been quoted £350 by the vet. All she has to live on is her pension and there is no way she can afford this. Any help would be great
