Kirsty, who I've known since high school is such an amazing dog mum. She raises money for dogs being rescued from Romania, even running the Manchester marathon recently to raise money.
She's rescued and kept 2 dogs herself, helped bring 5 others back and helped rehome 4 other rescue dogs.
Lola, who was not from Romania, was taken in by Kirsty and her family, she and her family loved her dearly, but she became ill, seriously ill. She tried everything the vet could offer, thousands of pounds was spent to try and save this amazing, cute, much loved family pet, but sadly she didn't make it.
As many will know, vet bills aren't the cheapest at the best of times, but sometimes you just want to do what you can to try and save your loved pets. I know I have.
Kirsty has never asked for help with the huge vet bill she and her family have been left with.
But...
I want to try and help her, with a little help from all of you.
So please, even if it's a pound, every little bit will help to try and lessen this rather steep vet bill.
She'll probably kill me for doing this, but, Kirsty you're a dear friend to me and I want to try and help, even if it's just a tiny bit.
