Story
I will be undertaking the Welsh Three peaks 24 hour challenge On May 11th. Snowdon, Cadir Idris and Pen-Y-Fan , 17 miles and 2334 metres ascent in total. Monies raised will be spilt between the Diabetes Uk, Giving in PInk, calonnau cymru and velindre cancer centre.
