Story
Running the Swansea 10K for ASDES
In just a few short weeks time i will be attempting the "run" the Swansea 10K for a great local organisation ASDES, that help adults on the the autisic spectrum find work and stay in employment. they have been amzing to Rob so want to go e abit back if i can.
So any donations would be warmly received for this superb organisation
And my aim for the 10k...to finish Intact.
