My good friend Andrea, a single mother of 3 found out 18 months ago she had a brain tumour. Following intensive brain surgery and chemotherapy she was given a terminal prognosis. As you can imagine every moment with her children is precious and she is doing all she can to make their time together memorable. Despite this she has never stopped smiling and she is making every moment count. She is trying to build up a lifetime of memories in the months she has left with them. It would mean the world to Andrea to be able to take the children to Disneyland and any help anybody could give would be very much appreciated.
