Story
Highlife artiste, Anokye Supremo formerly known as DL Junior is asking Ghanaians for their prayers and support as he battles brain tumour which has already left him blind in his left eye.
Talking about his ailment, Anokye said he started having severe headaches some few days ago and decided to get over-the-counter painkillers from a pharmacy shop.
But as the headaches got severe, he decided to seek proper medical attention at the Lapaz Community Clinic, Accra.
He was asked to take a scan at the hospital and when the results arrived, he was diagnosed with brain tumour. And last Wednesday, the musician says he cannot see with his left eye.
Speaking in an interview with Showbiz on Sunday November 11, Anokye Supremo who is scheduled to undergo surgery any time soon, said all he needs now are prayers from Ghanaians and also support to foot the operation which is estimated to cost $5000.
“I need to do surgery this week and anyone who is touched to support me can do so via mobile number 0243152213 and God will bless you” he said.
