Taken directly from Anthony's Mum's post...

'We as a family don't ask for much in life but it comes to something when i have to make our own what we call dribble pads and sheet protectors for Anthony's bed and wheelchair because the NHS wont provide us with a couple of Kylie sheets. To save on cost I've had to start buying puppy training pads and sew them in half, its a dam disgrace. His sleep system won't last long if it's being put in the washer every other day where as the Kylie sheets would protect his sleep system.'

These Kylie sheets cost over £25 each and he needs a minimum of 4 to ensure they always have a spare. Having these supplies would help protect his sleep system but more importantly his skin integrity.

This made me feel so many mixed emotions, Anthony needs these items and the NHS are refusing to fund items essential to his care.

Please give what you can so we can help a family in need to provide the best care for their son.
