My name is Antony Wattam and I am 14 year old student who has enrolled in the world challenge to help communities in need of aid.

This is a 2 year programme to take part in a 4-week educational expedition to a remote village in the Ladakh region of India. Whilst there I will be involved in a community project working alongside the local people to renovate and improve their facilities to improve the day to day life of the people living on the margins of society. It will also teach me and my team valuable life skills such as leadership, communication and team work.

I really want to do this as it will enable me to give something back and make a positive difference for people who are living with only the basics of life.

As part of world challenge I have to raise the funding to cover the costs of this expedition. Any donations I receive will go directly to covering these costs.
