This fabulous puppy hasn't got easy start as he was born with undeveloped front limb. According to vet opinion the only option was euthanasia.. Our first thought was: Impossible! Just because of short leg?? Heartbreaking :(
while we've been thinking what to do..This tiny, adorable creature crawled onto my knees and fell asleep peacefully and so trusting. My husband and I made decision with the speed of light! He's staying with us :) We gave him a home full of love and attention and took care of him providing the standard for his needs. Apollo is paying back with UNBELIEVABLE LOVE and willing to work, bless ! His unique personality allows to make him a therapy dog project so we're hoping to visit places as hospitals and hospices around UK to support and cheer up kids and elderly people too.
However the costs of mobility support as prothestic leg for dogs is fairly high, same as professional training and all rehabilitation equipment e.g.. wheelchairs etc.
Therefore we would like to ask to help us rise enough money so Apollo could fully enjoy life.
