12 of us from Roll-Royce Bristol will be walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks on the 1st September to raise money for the Apprentice Association's chosen charities Cerebral Palsy Plus (http://www.cerebralpalsyplus.org.uk/) and Changes Bristol (http://www.changesbristol.org.uk/). Changes Bristol aims to promote the recovery and mental wellbeing to those in mental distress through peer support meetings. Cerebral Palsy Plus works with children and adults living with Cerebral Palsy, as well as their families and their carers, to provide support and information.

We'd really appreciate anything you can give to these great charities so that we can keep ourselves going on the 24 mile slog up and down the peaks.
