Story
Aquanatal is an exercise class for pregnant women. It aims to strengthen, tone and stretch muscles, teach breathing techniques for birth and provides an environment suitable for relaxation. The group is also very sociable and fun, allowing you to meets other expectant mum's and gain a good peer support group during pregnancy and beyond. The sessions are for all abilities.
These classes have been unable to run for the past year, due to a lack of trained instructors. Therefore I am running the Yeovil half marathon to fundraise to train another instructor, in order to resume this fantastic service as soon as possible.

Aquanatal is great for mums-to-be as a exercise and opportunity for women to meet up. I fully recommend and support your good work. We are lucky to have this service locally too. Well done Katey.
