I am walking from Grantham to Nottingham via the canal paths, this is a whopping 32 miles, which i will be doing on the 14th July, with my lovely friend Jennifer Leadbetter, who is also raising money for a fantastic cause.

Arriella is a beautiful ray of sunshine that unfortunately is having to deal with so much with the rearest type of Severe combined immunodeficiency, SCID .

Each update I read shows just what an amazing little fighter Arriella is and the massive amount of love and support around her. Arriella's home at the moment is Great Ormand Street Hospital, where she is getting the best care possible from a fantastic medical team; but one thing I am positive helps her so much is the love and cuddles given by her mum.

So I am raising money so that Arriella's mum can stay close by her until she is able to get the much needed transplant/treatment, so that one day she is able to go home and be with all her family.

I don't for one moment full comprehend what Arriella, her mum and dad and family are going through, each update I read fills me with such emoition for such a brave little ray of sunshine and her family.
