DRCS are a local counselling service offering essential mental health in rural Derbyshire to anyone that needs it.
I'm running the Ashbourne10 (a 10 mile trail run...possibly in the snow based on last year?!) on Sunday March 3rd and would love to use this as an opportunity to raise money for this worthy cause.
Your donation will go towards vital support for teens and kids in the local area via therapists and in-school support - if I reach my target it will effectively pay for one young person to have a course of therapy.
