This year myself and Phil Hill will be taking part in the 24hr Spinathon event at The Studio in Hereford. Last year we both completed 24 hours each and raised a lot of money for The Point 4 and The Blind College. This year we will be completing 12 hours each and sharing the hours between us. The reason we are sharing the time this year is because Phil has recently had a knee operation and we thought it would be better to help each other and support each other to raise as much money as we can to help St Michael's Hospice and The Born Sleeping Appeal.
