I care about those who don't have a choice. Those who are put in a situation they didn't ask for and have it harder than average. Life is hard for everyone but I want to make it a little easier for some. I'd help everyone if I could but that's not possible. What is possible is to raise money for vital research and equipment to help people help people!!
The money I raise will be split between 3 causes.
1. Cystic Fibrosis research. This means a lot to me as it runs in my family and we have had lost loved ones to this disease.
2. Cancer UK. Again, a lot of cancer in my family has caused heartbreak and sadness.
3. Stroke and Neuro rehab equipment. I work in rehab for stroke and Neuro and witness first-hand every day the devastation it has on people's lives. I would love to buy a piece of equipment that will help people get back on their feet and back to their lives following their stroke or Neuro condition.
With your support, I can make these things happen. This will be no easy feat but I know I can do it with the support and encouragement of everyone willing to donate. Even a pound or two will help the cause.
