My 15yr old nephew Nathaniel Ahenkprah Appiah has been diagnosed with Scoliosis and his spine is curving. He needs to undergo a surgery in our native Ghana which will cost about £15000 ($20000). The family can't afford to raise this money and this is affectingNathaniel psychologically as he reporys feeling shy among his school mates. He has coilled into his shell and his self esteem has been greatly affected. This is also affecting his academic performance. I'm appealing to everybody out there who can help to come to our aid.
