This is a crowd funding page for a group within an amazing charity, Back Up.

This is a charity that helps people with a spinal cord injury and their family too. Within the charity there is a way for the younger generation with spinal cord injuries to make a difference and we are a group called the youth advisory group, but we call it YAG for short.

The YAG is important for many young people across the spinal cord injury community as it lets us and them make a difference to how we help them. We meet twice every year, but we are trying to push for 3 times. Throughout the sessions we have discussed making hoodies. This is because we want to feel like more of a team however, we need a major £450 to provide 15 custom made hoodies for the group. This a lot of money so we need your help to fund this project to make a group of young peoples designs and plans from imagination to reality. We have a great design ready with our logo and other cool ideas the group have created but we need the funding to do it.

Within the charity the YAG has already made sooooooo much of an impact on the charity’s services such as creating an entire festival themed for the people to have a great day and raise money for us to support everyone affected by spinal cord injuries. our jumpers will be used to identify us as who we are because the other services such as wheelchair skills trainers have shirts ect but we are left wearing normal clothes which do not represent what we are together.

The hoodies will help make us feel more of a team. This is project is going to be many YAG members first time seeing something they have created on paper, a reality.
