Story
Bags of Joy is a new charitable trust. We develop, build and deliver specially packed bags of lifes little essentials and some added luxuries ti situations where packing a bag is not at the top of our priority list. Our current project is the ’Paediatric Parents’ bag of joy. This bag provides the little essentials we often forget and some little luxuries to parents who have children on a long hospital stay from weeks to months to years. Having a child in hospital is hard, stressfull, expensive and heart breaking and we want to bring that little bit of joy to as many patents as possible with on of our bags of Joy. Future projects in the pipeline include ‘Homeless Help’ which is packed with useful items and little luxuries for the homeless. Our website

My name is Jake, I have had 2 babies born with various medical conditions which have led to regular lengthy stays in hospitals around the country. I know how hard it can be for parents and siblings and there isn’t enough practical support so i came up with bags of joy.
