Welcome to the page of rescued shar pei Balou and Lily-Lou! Both dogs were rescued yesterday by a fantastic group of volunteers and are now safe at a local animal shelter. Both Balou and Lily-Lou have obvious health concerns and will be receiving vet treatment once they recover from yesterday's day long run, and getting them healthy is looking like it's going to be a costly process. Through this page and you lovely people we hope to raise funds to help this adorable pair and eventually find them both the loving home they so desperately deserve. Any ideas for fundraising are welcome, we are hoping to organise perhaps a raffle or table top sale so donations would be greatly appreciated, however feeding and treating the dogs is a priority for the shelter at the moment.
