Last year, I signed myself up for a Tough Mudder in the hope that I would finally get over my inability to run further than a mile. Fast forward one year, and the event is in just under two weeks... surprise, surprise life got in the way and I'm yet to run any further!! If I am going to put myself through this, I'd love to know if was for a good cause.. and what better cause than Band of Builders.

Band of Builders is the story of what happens when people unite to help others. It started with one man’s desire to help his friend in his hour of need and has grown into a global movement run by tradespeople, for tradespeople. Band of Builders aims to help members of the construction industry when times get tough, whether that’s through hands-on projects, advice and support, or just the sense of community that has grown through the simple act of wearing a BoB t-shirt or hoodie.
