As most of you are aware Taylor has been competing in Tae Kwon Do from a young age, and over the years has won National and International medals, some of which are multiple English and British Championships.

After representing Team England at the age of 14 Taylor finished fifth at her first European Championships despite being one of the youngest in both of her categories. She topped off an amazing 2018 by winning double Gold and overall Junior at the European Cup in Romania.

2019 will be a massive test for Taylor as she has once again been selected to represent Team England, this will mean competing in 4 major European competitions.

All of this comes at a cost to Taylor and most of you are aware of the effort she puts in, training 7 days a week even on her Birthday and Christmas day.
