In August 2016 our daughter was born sleeping at 23 weeks. Since then we have turned our grief into helping other families who suffer the heartbreaking lose of a baby/babies. We raised £20,000 to refurbish a new bereavement room at St Helier Hospital in Surrey. We are now working towards our next goal to continue to supply the maternity bereavement department with all the necessary equipment and tools to help bereaved parents. We would like to be able to provide a new bereavement room for the Gynaecology ward at St Helier for baby loss under 15 weeks of pregnancy. Plus a remembrance wall and future baby loss awareness events.
