This story is about me
I have been struggling for so many years now , with anxiety and depression.
I used to to see things but that stopped, It all started when I was getting builled when I was in school getting named I was fat ugly no one likes me it got worse the same bullying carried on through my school years
And it got worse, I went drinking at young age because of it.
But I stopped my self and now I have been dealing with the problems which I'm hoping to fight it I think every one else can do it ! I never give up hope.

One thing I want you to understand is it was strength , courage what got me through it .

I have daughter now so you don't have to be different to be a normal person be yourself and don't change for anyone unless you want to.

I have come so far giving up smoking.
I have split up with the mother of my daughter because of haven't anxiety now I want to prove to her I can get better and build the strength.

I don't normally ask for help but it's time to fight back.

I want to give to mental health charity some money I can raise and cancer .

I have helped people over the years I have volenteer to help them, I was at golf centre and they needed someone ,
I said I'll help out of didn't want nothing in return and now I'm moving back home gonna be hard to see my daughter I have no car and I'm gonna try look after my mum who has gone down hill as she's I'll .
