Iwona Ptasinska and I will taking on the gruelling 13.1mile Worcester Half Marathon and we’d like your support to raise funds for equipment at IFC. We are taking on this challenge to encourage more young people to take part in positive sporting activities by developing our resources. Donating is easy. Just click on the link and wish us luck! 5 years agoThank you to all of your generous support. We are upping our game and target to raise more funds for equipment in IFC. This gym is the best. Be part of it’s success and donate today!!! In the meantime Iwona and I will drag ourselves around a challenging 13.1 mile Half Marathon. Frankly I’d much rather donate but there we go. No pain no gain!!! Big love and thanks. Keep it up!!
