I have struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life. A few years ago i went through a traumatic experience that has left me struggling to cope with it.

I dont get much in the way of support from my friends and family. I sort out help from local GP’s who prescribed anti depressants for almost two years. my doctor appointments were brief with very few asking questions it was literally just theres your prescription, go away. The help i asked for which would have been CBT or talking therapy I was given a number to phone. I did and was basically told theres a waiting list and i wasnt a prioity case.

This is now heavy effecting my life and my ability to have a life. I work but it barely covers my bills and prescriptions costs. Im struggling to keep myslef going and to actually work anymore. Im looking for help in affording private therapy sessions to be able to get past my mental health problems and my life back on track.
