Chloe is a fighter and has achieved more than ever expected and as parents we are so proud of the young lady she has become.
So on this special day instead of presents, we would ask if you would kindly donate money which will be shared equally between the 2 named Charities, of which without them, Chloe would not be celebrating her 18th Birthday this year.
