I was in Paisley and I observed the happiest politest big issue seller outside M&S that I have ever come across. If I’m honest I usually walk straight by big issue sellers. He was so kind and polite and people just put their head down and walked straight by. It was a freezing day and he was working so hard to try to make a living. He makes £1.25 for every copy sold and in the 20/30 minutes I was there he didn’t manage to sell one copy. I gave him some money as he was doing such a hard job. Lets try and help those in our community who are trying so so hard to better their lives.
