I have been skating for just over 5 years, in that time i have gained 6 British titles, 27 gold, 3 silvers and 2 bronze medals, I've competed internationally with my partner Lucy, I was also recently chosen to perform with Disney On Ice at the Sheffield Arena and won the Young Sports Champion award which was amazing

Being an ice skater takes many sacrifices, 4.00 am starts to train before school, training 6 days a week for up to 20 hrs with little time for a social lif, but it is my life, it makes me feel free, its worth it as i want to compete at the worlds and Olympics. I compete as a solo free skater and as a couple in ice dance with my partner Lucy (think Torvill & Dean) I was born in Barnsley but made at Ice Sheffield

i have been working hard to be the best me so me and Lucy can compete internationally taking advantage of every opportunity to be the best but we have just been given such an exciting opportunity to go to the US to train in Canton with the top Olympic coach Marina Zoueva and her team who have produced some of the best Olympians over the years, this is an opportunity I didn't think we would ever have and I'm so excited and grateful, we will be going on the 26th August for 2 weeks

So here's the reason I'm asking if anyone can support me, Mum and Dad recently sold our house to enable me to fulfil my dreams which is an amazing thing to do for me but this trip has come along so quickly that we haven't had time to save and the accommodation, travel and coaching costs will be about £5000 so this me asking for any support to help me with my future Olympic dreams
