After completing the Great Manchester Run last and year raising £2,500 in the process, I'll be doing the run again this year with the lads who did it last year as well as a few new additions to the team.

Hopefully we can raise some money for Salford Royal Hospital again this year, where my care before, during and after my run in with bowel cancer has been nothing short of fantastic.
