Story
Black Brewery has long fuelled the hearts and minds of Marchers.
Our beloved Birch Beer is our trademark and our meads have sweetened more than a few deals, especially in Anvil where politics can be found at the bottom of a tankard...
However, the Empire is at war and so are the Marches. We have all been hit hard and the Marcher Way is being called into question. Now more than ever we must stick together to make our traditions prevail, and Black Brewery cries out 'MARCHER!' to anyone who samples it.
We appeal to all the Marcher Houses, especially House Guildenlain, to help us in our endeavour!

While Guy is enjoying making brews and using us all as guinea pigs, that hobby of his is an expensive one and right now a little something towards it would go a long way...
The great man himself says:
I could use another 6 gallon keg or two, and need a restock on yeast, nutrient, and steriliser. Other than that, the concentrate root extract has to be shipped from the USA, and I need another 6 kilos of brewing sugar. Any excess money will fund further batches or ongoing experimentation (like medieval mead recipes).
So there you have it! Let's do this!

Sommer miod ( viking children's summer mead, an old Finnish recipie of honey and lemons, brewed only enough to make it slightly sparkling, and under 2% has turned out delightfully - and to make up for the lack of alcohol, the other experiment was Rhubarb Vodka, unexpectedly good!
