Story

Bloomsbury Clinic proudly provides an ‘in-house’ Citizen's Advice Bureau service. This service has been absolutely invaluable to our patient group who are getting older and facing high levels of isolation, stigma and financial difficulty. In a 7-month period alone, CAB successfully appealed against benefits decisions to the value of over £80,000.

Unfortunately the essential funding to continue this service has ended. Bloomsbury now risks losing this crucial part of their offering. This would have a severe impact upon the future of some of our most vulnerable patients.

What can you do to help?

Just £2 per Bloomsbury patient will secure CAB for 6 months – for £5, a whole year. In this time, we will be working to secure further external funding to continue the service even more longterm.

Consider this a “10 pence a week” direct debit. If you think you can spare that much, we would greatly appreciate a generous contribution - as would those who access the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
